Impact plates and impact blocks for horizontal shaft impactors, cast in high-chromium iron, Mn-Cr alloy or Cr-Mo steel with machined mounting faces. Zhili keeps the plate angle and pitch accurate so the impact chamber geometry, and therefore your product curve, stays on target.

Impact plates do the second half of the crushing work in an impactor, and their angle relative to the rotor decides product shape and reduction ratio. Zhili casts plates and blocks with the correct section, ribs and bolt pattern, then machines the mounting and striking faces so replacement parts restore the original chamber geometry.
